What We Do Not Cut
For safety reasons, we cannot process the following materials: PVC and Vinyl (releases toxic chlorine gas), Polycarbonate and Lexan (burns, produces toxic fumes), ABS Plastic (toxic fumes), MDF (toxic glue binder fumes), Delrin and Acetal (toxic fumes), Linoleum (toxic fumes), Bare Metal (CO2 laser cannot cut metal), Fiberglass (toxic fumes), Carbon Fiber (toxic fumes), Polystyrene and Styrofoam (melts, fire risk), HDPE and Polypropylene (melts, will not cut cleanly).
