Paper, board and scoring for folds
A CO₂ laser cuts the full paper family — text-weight paper, cardstock, bristol, kraft, corrugated cardboard, chipboard, and matboard or museum board — to a crisp edge, holding detail far finer than a blade or die. It is a non-contact tool, so even delicate, lace-like artwork keeps its shape.
Beyond cutting through, the laser can score — a shallow surface line that folds cleanly — which is how pop-up cards, gift boxes, and packaging nets are made. Send vector files at 1:1 scale, map cut and score to different colors, and keep small connecting bridges where thin webs would otherwise tear.

Can you cut cardboard and chipboard?

Will the edges be burnt?
Edges come out clean. Some papers take a very faint toasted line; we tune settings to keep it minimal and can mask delicate stock.
Can you score fold lines?
Yes — a score folds cleanly without cutting through. Map cut and score to different colors in your file and we run both in one pass.
Can I bring my own paper or board?
Yes — bring your own laser-safe stock and we do not mark it up. Foil or plastic-laminated paper is not laser-safe; send a sample if unsure.
