Stencils for painting, made from your artwork

Send your logo or design and tell us the size. We cut it on industrial CO₂ lasers with sharp edges and fine detail, up to 46 × 58 inches in one piece — larger murals can be tiled across sheets. Every file is reviewed by a real person, and we flag missing bridges (the centers of letters like O or A) before cutting.

Pick the right material

Mylar is a thin, waterproof plastic film that wipes clean and can be used many times — the usual choice for repeat spray painting. Oil board is a heavy-duty stencil paper. Cardstock is lighter and often single-use. Not sure? Tell us how you will use it and we will recommend one.

What people use them for

Logos on walls and storefronts, sidewalk and street stencils, lettering for signs and crates, designs for t-shirts, bags, and skateboards, mural layouts, and part marking. See all of our laser cut stencils, mylar stencils, and custom logo stencils.

Pricing and timing

Every project has a $65 minimum and an itemized quote, usually priced the same business day. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days, with next-business-day rush on most jobs. We ship stencils anywhere.

Common questions

Can I reuse a spray paint stencil?

Yes, if it is cut from mylar — it wipes clean and can be used many times. Oil board holds up well too; cardstock is usually single-use.

How big can you cut a stencil?

Up to 46 × 58 inches in one piece. Larger murals can be tiled across multiple sheets.

Will my letters fall apart?

Enclosed shapes need bridges so the centers do not fall out. We review every file and flag missing bridges before cutting.

What file should I send?

A vector file (AI, DXF, or PDF) at the size you want.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship stencils anywhere.
