A wedding or event happens once. Welcome signs, seating charts, and place cards that arrive crisp, on time, and looking the way you pictured them are what make that one shot land. We cut wood and acrylic on industrial CO₂ lasers in DTLA, run guest lists in bulk, and rush when planners need rush.
What we make.
Welcome signs & menus
Large-format welcome boards on wood or frosted acrylic. Custom ceremony programs, bar menus, signature-drink signs, and the “here is where to go” signage that ties the day together.
Seating charts & table numbers
Acrylic and wood seating charts in any size. Table number stands cut from acrylic or birch. Send your guest list as a CSV and we lay everything out and engrave it.
Place cards & escort cards
Individually engraved place cards with names laid out from your guest list. Cut from acrylic, wood, mirror, or gold mylar.
Cake toppers, favors, accents
Personalized cake toppers with monograms or names. Drink stirrers, custom gift tags, ornaments, ring boxes, and the small laser-cut details that show up everywhere in the photos.
Corporate events & conferences
Step-and-repeat panels, conference signage, sponsor logo cuts, branded swag, awards for the recognition portion, and on-brand directional signage.
Themed & seasonal

Stocked in DTLA. Bring your own if you need a finish we don’t carry.
Acrylic
Cast acrylic in 1/8″ and 1/4″ — crystal-clear, frosted, mirror (rose-gold, silver, gold), black, white, and color. The most-requested wedding material by far.
Wood & plywood
Baltic birch and walnut in 1/8″ and 1/4″ — warm, photographs beautifully, perfect for rustic and barn-wedding aesthetics.
Mylar & specialty
Gold and silver mirrored mylar for elegant accents. We can also cut your supplied material if you have something specific in mind.

Send the design, your guest list, and the event date — we’ll quote, usually within a business day.
Email americanlaserco@gmail.com with your piece type (welcome sign, seating chart, place cards, etc.), material and finish, quantity, dimensions, your event date, and your file (AI, DXF, or PDF). For place cards and seating charts, attach a CSV of the guest list and we lay them out. Or start on the quote page.
Common questions.
Can you fit a last-minute wedding?
Most simple pieces ship next-business-day with rush. Tell us your event date and we’ll tell you what is doable.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes — recurring rates for planners running multiple events. Easier on the books and easier on you.
Can you do place cards from a guest list?
Yes. Send the list as a CSV (name + optional table number) and we lay them out with consistent spacing and engrave them.
What about installation?
Most pieces come ready to display — stands cut for table numbers, mounting hardware for welcome signs. Bigger installs are a coordination call.
What is the turnaround?
Standard orders run 3 to 5 business days. Next-business-day rush is available when you are on a deadline.
Do you ship outside LA?
Yes — we mail from our DTLA shop anywhere in the US.
