Can I send my own item to be engraved?
Yes. Cutting boards, coasters, photo frames, knife handles, leather goods, awards, and tools. Email us first if you are not sure the item is compatible — we will confirm it is safe to engrave. Ship to 1319 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Do you ship engraved items back?
Yes. We ship from our Downtown LA shop to every US state, usually UPS Ground. See mail-in service.
Can you supply the material?
Yes. We supply wood, acrylic, and leather, or you can bring your own laser-safe material. We do not work on metal.
What does engraving cost?
There is no engraving surcharge when it is quoted with a cut, and every project has a $65 minimum. A real person prices every job and gives you one itemized quote, usually the same business day.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. Next-business-day rush is available on most jobs; mention your deadline in the quote form.
What file do I send?
Send artwork as a vector file (AI, DXF, or PDF) with text converted to outlines. Engraved photos can be a high-resolution raster image. We review every file for free before quoting.
