Common questions

What can you engrave a plaque on?

Wood, acrylic, stone, or marble. Stone and marble get a low-contrast white mark, acrylic engraves clean and frosty, and wood engraves with visible depth.

Can you make the whole award?

Yes. An acrylic award is cut to shape, then engraved with names and dates, in one setup with no engraving surcharge. You can also bring your own awards.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes. Setup is the same whether you order 1 or 100, so larger runs cost less per piece. For repeat orders we can lock the file and material spec.

What does engraving cost?

There is no engraving surcharge when it is quoted with a cut, and every project has a $65 minimum. A real person prices every job and gives you one itemized quote, usually the same business day.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. Next-business-day rush is available on most jobs; mention your deadline in the quote form.

What file do I send?

Send artwork as a vector file (AI, DXF, or PDF) with text converted to outlines. Engraved photos can be a high-resolution raster image. We review every file for free before quoting.
